Sharing your experience with others can help

There are support groups for people with Parkinson’s that can help. The exchange of knowledge and experiences with other people living with the condition is usually very positive and helpful. Attending a group can give you the opportunity to exchange information about doctors, treatments, clinics, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and much more.
